Welcome to the website of the worthy West Chester-Coatesville (PA) Alumni Chapter! Whether you are a brother, silhouette, member of another Greek organization, or resident of one of the communities we serve, we thank you for visiting our website to learn more about one of the newest alumni chapters in the Northeastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi.
The West Chester-Coatesville Alumni chapter has worked diligently and intentionally to make its presence known on the local and province level since its chartering on May 7, 2022. With the greatest concentration of brothers residing in the West Chester and Coatesville areas, we have made it a point to support events, organizations, and causes that impact the lives of our family, friends, and neighbors. Two such organizations, Coatesville’s The Bridge Academy & Community Center, and West Chester’s Charles A. Melton Arts and Education Center, have welcomed us with open arms and in turn we have taken great pleasure in supporting their initiatives to benefit the youth in both communities.
As we look towards the future, we are excited to create our own Guide Right Program, which will deliver educational, occupational and social guidance to male students in our local high schools. Additionally, we are greatly anticipating the formation of our own 501(c)(3) to raise funds for young men and women to get financial assistance for their postsecondary education in the form of scholarships. With the recent induction of our Fall 2023 brothers, we are building the capacity necessary to become a major force for philanthropy and social service in our area. As such, we invite you and encourage you to explore this website to learn about history, upcoming events, and activities, programs, and initiatives that we champion.
